Anyway, i'm playing a (female, basically 'cause the male skins suck imho) Dunmer Sorcerer, currently at lvl 5, with focus on destruction, medium armor and short blades. Current outfit is gah-julan bonemold armor except left bracer and shield, wich are dwemer armor both. Switching between Last Wish (dwemer short sword with posion enchantment) and Soul Drinker (Daedric dagger with soul trap, given by Ranis Arthrys upon completion of the telvanni spy quest) as main weapons, and between greater frostball and custom-made fireball spell as main combat spells.
well, that's about it. First time playing, in case you didn't think so, but i think i've gathered quite an outfit for a level 5:er.

yes it is and i used no mods or cheats.

- get arrested so that your stats are lowered and train them back up

- find a master trainer and use encantments and or spells to increase the governing atribute or the skill that the master trains and keep training at the 100 skill level. Your skill will not increase but you will gain level points still
