Map Marker Overhaul

Now for the problem:
I can rename markers just fine when actually in the game. After I rename them, I can go back on my map and check and they are still renamed. However, as soon as I exit the game and go back in, all of my changes are lost. I do wait at least 30 seconds (just to be safe) before opening the world map and all of that but everything still gets lost.
I have no noticeable glitches while in game, just that it never seems to save my changes once i exit and come back. I have a ton of mods installed (200+) but nothing that should affect map markers or the map in general (aside from mods adding locations and all of that).
This mod is currently fairly high in my load order (set where BOSS said it should be). Should I move the mod to last (or around last) in load order or is there something else you have in mind?
My game has far too many places for me to want to keep track of where i have been with pen and paper (ive tried) and really hope i can get any one of these map marker mods to work properly.
I would be eternally grateful for any help you can offer.

Maybe OOO is causing the problems with the markers not staying visible but it doesnt do it with all the city markers so thats strange and it still doesnt explain why the add marker feature wont work anymore. I tried that tdt command and there was only a message about MMO had started.

I see your point about updates sometimes coming too fast, but I have a hard time waiting with the release when I get something new done. I understand it may be a bit bothersome to have to download a couple of times each week to keep up.And constantly being updated, which is nice too, but rather than releasing small features in each version in a short time span, why not make more features and bundle them all together in a bigger version that takes more time to be made?
Im sure others will prefer your current method, but coming every few todays to get a new version becomes tiresome! (albeit a pleasant surprise offcourse)
So I'll try to find a good middle ground.

I am not sure. I know this has been suggested before, long before I started on MMO. I think it may be possible, and I agree that it would be an interesting feature for immersion players. And that brings up a request/idea. Is it possible to mod so the the map starts out in a random place instead of centered on the PC?
DarnUI already have it, and I use it (both DarnUI and the removal of the "you are here" marker. There also exist a mod that replaces the texture for the marker with an invisible texture, which is what I used before I installed DarnUI. So I think I'll leave that functionality to those mods. And while one is at it why not get a on/off switch for the "you are here" marker?
I know. I'm the same type of player myself. I have used DarnUI to turn off all quest markers and the you are here marker and use a darker night mod, so some displacement of the map when you open it will be the last remaining. I will look into it (as an optional feature of course), but it will have to wait for at least a week or two since I'm now very busy with one of my other modding projects.I would very much like to figure out where I am with the help of the map without knowing I am in the middle or having a marker.

I would guess this is OBSE. But note that only the first of those four errors are related to MMO. The second is from the mod that is number A0 in your LO, and the two last from the mod that is number 9D.When opening the map sometimes this OBSE error crops up:
