Mod name: Beliar's Dagger

Mod description: This lodges a small magical nordic silver dagger into the back of the statue of Vivec's neck. I really want to know if this unbalances the game as I a undecided myself. Please e-mail me on that. I also want to script the dagger so that you are teleported to Beliar's relm (Beliar being the owner of the dagger) and when you are there you have to well........... kill stuff and possibly Beliar himself. But there is one problem in this plan, I CAN'T SCRIPT and I want it to have cool graphics like Trueflame or Hopesfire in Tribunal but I can't do that either. So if you are out there and you can sript hear my cry for help and teach me please. Aswell if you downloaded this (I hope you will) you will probalbly be wondering why water walking is one of the dagger's enchantments. It is because Beliar is an evil fire god and if an evil god with fire comeing out of his (or her) back he/she would go out!!!!!
