Can a ghoul player complete the optional radiation portion of the Wasteland Survival Guide? Once my rads go above 200, they start to go down so rapidly I cannot get them above 210, and even then they go down seconds later.

Side question - despite this part of the Ghoul's benefit functioning properly, my character is not being healed by radiation. The perk is listed where it should be, but he just gets radiated up to 200 with no healing, HP or limb-wise. Is there some fix I am not aware of? Do you have to hit a certain level?
