Hi guys,

Due to a rather large number of you coming and requesting help with the notes and Flamingo Files, I am starting this thread to deal with these problems so that you don't need to send me a PM and then wait for my reply.

First things first:

About notes -

Please read them.
I'm not just saying that. I implore you to do it. The nature of progression in this mod is largely based around note-reading and logical puzzle-solving.

I realize that language barriers and misinterpretations are going to factor into some people's difficulties, and I am totally fine with that, and I am here to help, ultimately, anyone who really needs it. But please read the notes carefully.

About the first note.
At Little Lamplight, on the table in the shack outside the entrance, is a note. The man who wrote it describes a place he plans to go. This is the start of your MAIN QUEST. You should try your best to follow his clues and follow him to this first destination.

Also at Little Lamplight, on a shelf against the wall, is a rather brightly colored Flamingo. This is called a Flamingo File, and in that first note you found on the table, this Flamingo File is mentioned. So now you have two notes to read.

The Flamingo Files make up a sort of "wild goosechase" and are part of a SIDE-QUEST. They are not the main quest, and they are typically much harder to understand, and much more cryptic in their symbolism and references.
They need to be followed paralel to the MAIN QUEST. Don't worry if you don't know where the clue in the Flamingo Files are telling you to go next, because chances are you haven't found it yet, because you might not be there in the MAIN QUEST yet.

This is very important.

Follow the man who left those poor little children alone to die in Little Lamplight, read his notes, understand his references, really try your best to follow the clues.
Hint: He sees visions, and his vision prompt him to go somewhere, these are also prompts for you to go to the same place.
