Having issues with werewolf gameplay with mods

So recently I've installed Moonlight Tales and Werewolf Mastery and started a new playthrough, everything worked fine. I became a werewolf, and screwed around with some of the features of the mods I've installed. Anyway, after playing for a while I've noticed that my " Howl of Terror" has no effect on ANY NPC. Like, when I use it, the screen momentarily becomes red, my werewolf roars and the sound effects play as usual, but that's it. NPCs are not feared. It won't even tell me if a specific NPC is immune to the effect. It just won't work. It USED to work as far as I remember. I think this all occured after I used the " change howls while in beast form" feature of the mod " Werewolf Mastery " and chose a howl that I hadn't unlocked, since the mod lists all three howls whether or not you've unlocked them. I am not entirely sure if that's the problem though. I'm clueless.

 

Furthermore I seem to be absorbing dragon souls out of nowhere while in werewolf form.

 

Also another thing is, I've noticed that while I'm in human form, I have Howl of the Pack and Scent of Blood in my shouts list for some reason. As far as I know they shouldn't be there... Something is really wrong with this and I've yet to figure out what. Here's my mod list

Dual Combat Realism as of version 7.6.5 completely disables the werewolf howl. Uninstall this and you should see your werewolf howl return. I spent near 12 hours trying to figure this out >.<
