Yes, you are fine if you add those lines to the SKSE.ini

Does it do similar things like ENBoost?

You can use them both together -- it's recommended to.

 

I'll be honest though, I don't really understand the nuts and bolts of how they interact. I use them together myself with no problems though, if that makes it better, heh.

I managed to get over the problem after removing some mods, I don't know which one caused the issue but if I discover that I'll let you know
