Mod name: Belgarath's Tower v1.2

Mod description: Adds a simple, utilitarian tower to the Ascadian Isles Region (6, -11) just outside the Telvanni Canton in Vivec. Adds a massive ammount of storage and display room in a minimal amount of area. Also includes a teleport ring that teleports you to the area just outside the hidden door leading into the tower.
