Does anybody know how to start the mining quest on bloodmoon if you do please pleas tell me :blink: :unsure: :wacko:

THE mining quest? u mean how 2 start the east empire mining company quests? just talk 2 Carnius Magius on the top floor of the Imperial Cult Shrine in Fort Frostmoth.

also this should be in the bloodmoon section. thread moved

Hes an imperial dressed in those really fancy clothes. And the other guy the captain is to start the main quest.
