Any help is appreciated here is the idea

I was upset at Morrowind when there was huge oceans. and only three different water creatures. And no high sea adventures. What I really wanted was to have a boat that you could sail to a pirate island. Where everyone would sport their saber and flashy red with black stripes shirts. and they're funny looking hats. Ships ahoy!! I think it would be cool to be part of a pirate crew. And cruise around on your ship and attack Imperial boats and steel all their stuff. And sell it back to them for a hefty price. It would be like a classy bandit. I think it would be pretty damn cool. With your own pirate quest to obtain your pirate hide out. Where you learn about an old pirate named black beard who had the best hide out and he died. So an army of skeletons run the hide out now. So you and your crew would have to take out the skeletons and claim the hide out yours. I loved pirates ever since I was a little kid. I use to build pirate ships out of Lego. And watched the pirate movie. I love that movie.

Well I wish someone likes pirates out here and helps me build this awesome idea.
