so, my first mod that i have ever uploaded here, I'm thinking I'd like to do more but weapon creation is totally out of my league, mods seem easy enough, but trying to figure out how they work does my head in a little, I'd like any constructive feed back on how to improve the perk for fallout 3, and maybe ideas to expand on the whole energy weapons front.

ok , so I dl'd the mod and installed it and it is showing in the perk list when I level up but it stays greyed out even after level 10 .
so I cant choose it !
any advice would be appreciated as this seems like a great perk that makes energy weapons a viable option when using mods like mmm and playing on the harder difficulty settings .
incidentally , for some reason or other , comments for this mod have been locked by moderators which is why I'm commenting here !

i forgot to list the requirements for the perk, doesn't seem to list them in the perk itself, but you need 8 intelligence and 75 energy weapons.
