I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with the load order aside from what's in the description, but I suppose stranger things have happened.
OBSE version? I'd like to be able to know whether it's tied to this or not.

I tried the mod with OBSE 14, 17 and the more recent obse beta 18.4
I do not think this is an obse issue but if i can find versions of 15 and 16 i will try them too

I managed to add the menu item.

Not necessary. Raferu has what might very well be a solution that I would never have worked out; update forthcoming.
Thanks, though.

I uninstalled Deadly Reflex, started a new game, the menu item was added to my inventory. Posibly DR is conflicting or that there is an issue trying to use the mod with existing characters. I have not yet tried it on my older character.

I'm happy to say, if the problem was that it doesn't work with existing characters, it does not appear to still be one.
Silly of me not to test that in the first place, though. You'd think I would've learned by my fourteenth release.

Got the item straight away and the keys work perfectly, only problem is that vampires still attack me (makes it difficult to reach my sire) and the game crashes when i leave monstrous form.

Exiting monstrous form works fine once i changed the settings so you appear mormal when not in monstrous form. But i go into the bat form i get a missing mesh sign and when i was in wolf form and i attacked my character started shooting arrows.
All the quests are working well.

Snippy: When you click an NPC in the console, a string of 8 letters and numbers should appear at the top of the screen. For example, Honditar's (The reference, not the form) ID is 000c8b80. That's what you set PlayerSire to.
Ewoke: I'm getting the wolf thing too; I thought I had fixed it, but apparantly I just wasn't meeting the conditions for it to occur. Will look into it posthaste; I think I have a solution.
I've not having any trouble with Monstrous Form with appearance toggled off, though. Can anyone else confirm?
Not sure about the vampires still attacking you. Scorn's also had this problem from what I recall, though he himself didn't. If you select a dungeon vampire and type "ModDisposition player 1", what number comes up for the new disposition?
You're not, by chance, a necromancer? Vampires hate necromancers.
