Because it certainly doesn't change the amount of gold a merchant has to barter with.


Unless I did something wrong, but the console didn't give me any errors when I clicked on Rosahn in Fighting Chance and typed setbartergold 10000. She remained at a measly 1200 for a big city merchant who is just one minute's walk from the arena.


So what's going on here? Maybe the console doesn't always give error messages when something was entered wrong?
