starts out in the dresser in my room in the vault...

reliant on small arms

dose max of 2 damage with 100 skill
cripples 100% of the body(not just legs) [so like -1000 left arm, -1000 right arm, -1000 head, -1000 chest, -1000 right leg, -1000 left leg]

Chinese handgun or silenced 10mm

must have scope zoom ability aswell

uses BBs as ammo (100 round clip)
with a slow fire rate(1.5sec-2sec)

and causes 100% acid damage (armor/wep destruction) or 150 rads and a -1hp/5sec bleed effect


please help been trying myself and keep messing up(was forced to re-install FO3 twice already)

im no good at mods so i really need help with this before i start a new game
