If you mean the sets of suggested tactics under those heading in the tactics table then that is correct. Those are gone. You must write all the tactics for each character yourself. If you don't want to do that and want to use the vanilla suggested tactics, trust me this isn't the mod for you.

You can save 3 different sets of tactics under 'custom'.

How would you go about setting up a Blood sacrifice tactic. I want to pick someone with 80+% health yo cast on. I tried conditions like i do with heal spell, but all the char will do is stand there and get stuck when it get to that tactic.

Could you post these conditions here? It would be much easier to verify whether it is a mistake in Tactic Table or bug in EMAT.

I downloaded " EMAT 1.0.1 with manual " manually and the folder was empty. How do I install this manually?

You should have "EMAT 1.0.1 with manual-4096-1-0-1.zip" file after download. Use 7zip to unpack it. Inside, there are three files:
- emat_1.0.1_201410161709.dazip
- EMAT Manual 1.0.0.pdf
- changelog.txt

Use daupdater.exe to install emat_1.0.1_201410161709.dazip.
