@bratrahen

In your files section, you might want to create an 'Old Versions' section, to keep the current version at the top and separate, to avoid any confusion. ;)

First, thanks for the great mod! :D

I'm playing a campaign with AT installed, uninstalled it and replaced with EMAT,
and when loading last save I got a warning stating that AT was missing..

I've ignored it and got the frozen npcs bug (I know is solved in your latest release), so I reverted back to AT.

In short: is EMAT compatible with saved games? Can I ignore that warning safely?

In response to post #13832183.

From my experience, there should be no problems. I was using my old savegames (that were played with AT) for testing EMAT and I have always ignored warning message - no errors spotted. One thing to remember: you must rewrite all your Tactics because they will be completely messed up!

If you are afraid to corrupt your save you can backup it. Saves are located in …/BioWare/Dragon Age/Characters/

Just got the new version and tested with Party Member: Status: Dead -> Revival and it works beautifully! Thanks and keep up the great work! AT was great, but this is even better. It's a lot of fun trying to perfect the tactics so that pause won't be needed. :)

Hey there, really nice mod. I have a question due to the " Deactivate all stances" command. It seems not working at all. Tried with several conditions. Can you give me a hint how to define the right condition all stances are deactivated AFTER battle? Would be nice :)

Firstly, thanks for making this mod! This has made me much more excited about playing through the game again.

I did run into a problem, however. While running EMAT in conjunction with Karma's Origins Companions, I had invisible wall objects spawning. A little research shows that this was also a problem with earlier versions of the original Advanced Tactics. From the readme for Karma's:

"After installing your mod, I am seeing "invisible objects" all over the place.
Certain mods (e.g. Upgrade Wand and older versions of Advanced Tactics and Winter Forge) use the invisible objects for various purposes. Unfortunately, these objects have allergic reactions to the custom char_stages that most companion mods use. The latest versions of Advanced Tactics and Winter Forge fix these issues, so you should upgrade if you haven't already done so. If the problem persists, you will have to talk to the creator of the other mod as I cannot fix this issue."

I wonder if this is something that carried in from the Advanced Tactics code. Also, maybe this is fixable, since the latest version of Advanced Tactics is listed as a "final fix for invisible wall".

In response to post #13974513.

Erithil, I used AT without Karma, and never had any problems with invisible objects. I used Winter Forge without Karma (but with AT) and never had any problems with invisible objects.

But, the moment I installed Karma, they popped up all over the game. No matter what versions of mod I had. Even when they weren't installed at all. I know several people pointed it out to Karma, but she refused to look at it. It was one of the main reasons I stopped using that mod. I'm now downloading this, but if it's based on AT, I don't expect any invisible objects.

I'd been using Karma's (v4.0), AT and the Winter Forge and didn't have any 'invisible walls' but after installing EMAT, I've seen a couple. They haven't been a problem yet and only been a few, but haven't been able to play that far into the game either.

The problem doesn't seem to appear (if that's the right word) unless you have both, for its the interaction between the mods that seems to cause a problem. I haven't tried disabling EMAT (or Karma's for that matter) to see if they disappear(?) or not.
