You don`t have to unistall anything just overwrite what is needed. No horse armor part isnt`t needed either.

Just another comment to thanks you for this great mod !
Really fun and perfectly integrated into the game
(even if I'm not a 100% lore friendly player and already use francesco&marts
).
And the new dungeon with their bonus level are well designed

This is a fine mod... but it REPLACES all zombies to zombie lords! I haven't met a single dread or headless zombie. I am using FCOM. If this is really conflicting with FCOM, then please make it compatible with FCOM.

No it does not replace all zombies with zombie lords. In zombie leveled list you should see headless, dread and zombie lord (if you are at least lvl 20). In usual undead leveled list you may see dread and zombie lord. In max level zombie list you will only see zombie lords.
So I guess it is conflict with FCOM. Although it is pretty weird conflict in that case I would understand if you would see only FCOM leveled list instead my mod leveled list which uses vanilla leveled lists - so you should see other zombies too beside zombie lord, unless FCOM deleted original zombies.
Making it compatible with FCOM is one hell of hard work. It would take lot of time and beside I am still making new versions. Maybe when I am no longer upgrading my mod I might make it compatible with FCOM.

I would like to see the fighter renamed to marauder fighter
and i think the bandits and the marauder warlord shouldnt have daedric armor

Fighter is an elite marauder type warrior and I think that this name is better than Marauder Fighter.
Bandits dont wear daedric armour they wear glass armour maximum (light).
And if Bethesda decided that marauder warlords will wear daedric armour then why shouldn`t they wear it. After all they are bosses. Making them weaker would be bad idea. They should be as hard as possible, but not overpowered.
