DSfix Enabled Main Title Logo Fix

Fixes a tiny overlook (two very small black bars) in the 'DSfix Enabled' image shown in the Main Title of the game. Download with NMM, install, and forget about it!

What is the problem with the character creation screen and the options screen? If you can upload a screenshot showing me the issue maybe I can fix it, depends of what the problem is.

Seems to not work for me. Still have black bars with this mod installed.
Probably, it's related to resolution "stretching".
Anyway, I have some border bars also in logo screens, especially in the Havok one.

Yeah, that sounds related to either resolution stretching or scaling. I just corrected a small issue in the texture, nothing else.
