I'm looking to start a big Project that's going to need a LOT of help. I'm looking to add the Province of Cyrodiil to Tes 3. I don't have much CS experience, but I'm willing to learn. I know this will take a lot of work, but I'm willing to stick by the cause, as long as I get a good solid team. I don't want to make an Exact copy, a few personal touches would be nice, but I would like to keep it fairly lore-friendly.
