Installed main file, CBBE TBBP and Bodyslide 2 files in that order, then batched armor to my body, but the only part working with the weight slider is the chest bones. Am I doing something wrong?

Ha I had the same issue as you and I converted the darn thing LOL. But I was able to fix it, but it does mean getting getting your hands dirty to use this fix yourself.
Here's what you do. Open up Creation Kit (if you don't have it get), set DragonboneBarbarianArmor.esp as your active file (ignore any warnings that pop up), select "ArmorAddon" in the file tree, then scroll down until you see the DragonboneBarbarian AA entries. Next as you open up each entry, your going to click on the "select" button next to where it says "Biped Model", under the Female section (if a warning pops up select retry). From there your gonna reselect the .nif files for each AA entry. After re-selecting all the .nif files, save the changes made and enjoy!
I know this all sounds lengthy but it's much simpler in practice. Hope this help you like it did me.
Shocky also looked into the weight slider issue and said everything checks out, so we're not sure how this is happening.

Is it possible to make a version of the boots that aren't "high heels" but just normal?
