Doesn't work. I try to extract it to the Oblivion folder, and it doesn't do anything.

What method of archive invalidation are you using?

Can someone please merge this with d2k action ragdolls? I can't imagine playing without either but both uploaders appear to not be active anymore ;(

It should work OK installing with Oblivion Mod Manager, but OBMM doesn't really offer any advantage over manual install in the case of this mod.
When you extract this mod's download you will find a folder named Data, which has subfolders inside. Right mouse click on the extracted download's Data folder and select Copy from the right click menu. Navigate in Windows Explorer until you have your game install's Oblivion folder showing. Right click on the Oblivion folder and select Paste from the right click menu. You'll get a warning about there already is a folder named Data ... click on Yes to All.
OBMM will come in handy getting archive invalidation taken care of though (if you haven't previously done so).
Click on the Utilities button on the right side of the OBMM window and select Archive Invalidation from the menu. In the Archive Invalidation dialogue that opens click on BSA Redirection. If you use the Steam version of the game click on Reset BSA Timestamps (Steam in their infinite wisdom changed the dates on the vanilla game BSA files, thus breaking archive invalidation). Click Update Now and then close the Archive Invalidation dialogue and then close OBMM (it doesn't commit it changes until you close the program).

Yes ... the archive invalidation utility in OBMM is independent of any of it's other features. As this mod is a "pure" replacer, it doesn't have an ESP to activate, so nothing would show in the OBMM right hand pane anyway (nor will it show in the vanilla game Data Files list).
