So Hey,

 

Hello mates, so i have a problem with my skyrim. Not a problem maybe, but listen. I have the Same Skyrim with same DLC's with same mods. In 3 pc's; Computer, White Laptop and Black Laptop. 3 of them have the exact same game. But when im playing skyrim at computer, the game closes to desktop without any errors, white laptop is a bit laggy and black laptop is... well... Its impossible to play without any lag (its a family laptop not for games)... So i don't think its about mods, but why ? How am i going to fix it ? What am i supossed to do ? I don't want to play with any lag or else and computer is good for games, no lag...

Computer specs? not concerned about the laptops only the computer....

 

And you say you don't think it's about mods, if youre using any it could be, post your mod load order as well. Usually an instant ctd is mod related.

You need to run BOSS, http://boss-developers.github.io/

 

Download it and let it do its thing with your load order and then post a log of that. A lot of those mods I don't recognize, and could easily be causing your CTD.

 

Also what are your computer specifications? Do you use a 64 bit version of windows? If you do you will need to get Enboost, it generally single handedly reduced memory related crashes.

Is at start up? During gameplay? On load? If it's after the Bethesda logo, it's a missing master. Run TES5Edit and it will stop when it reaches the mod causing your CTD.

Hi all so i am having the same problem and i dont know what is causing it. if any one could tell me then that would be great.

I have run BOSS and my load order is all fine but in certain locations without fail the game will CTD without any reason.

I'll write down my specs as soon as i enter to pc again :d now its 64 bit, Windows XP, 4gb Ram and i guess 2.5 ghs or 3 ghs :P let me checl it later but im pretty sure its 64 bit,xp,4gb ram

During Gameplay, my friend told me to update my graphics card, i have tried but i guess i couldn't do it. If its about it ? i can update and try again. ATI Radeon HD 3500 i guess :/ i'll check it... What's your suggestion ? It closes during the gameplay, no other thing, the game works perfectly... And i said i dont think mods causes it, because i have the exact same game with same files and mods on other 2 pc and they works perfectly, without closing :P

You could be running out of RAM. Do you have any heavy script mods, visual and graphic enhancements? If you get really desperate, delete your Skyrim FOLDER and then delete it off Steam. Then go on NMM and deactivate and activate the mods you want, the mods always stay on NMM for some reason.

Radeon HD 3500

 

Skyrim IS a beast ..it is very VRAM hungry...what is the exact model of that GPU. Does it even pass the MIN required specs?? The MIN is 512 mb VRAM but that would be barely playable without any mods.

 

Skyrim on LOW setting and no mods and that GPU will choke.
