CTD every time I try entering Whiterun

I was having some issues with the UFO mod because for some reason I didn't download the extra bits for the DLC, which caused a lot of glitchyness in Solstein. I tried to go back on the boat but it CTD everytime, so I teleported to Riverun dismissed my follower and uninstalled the mod. Now it crashes everytime I enter Whiterun, I'm guessing it may have something to do with the temptress race mod, because she resides in the temple in Whiterun.

Can't anyone help? This can't be that uncommon, but it's game breaking.

so many things...lots of dirty edits on various mods that could use cleaning with TESVedit , you could grab all the unofficial patches , says there immersive armors missing a esm...uninstalling mods leaves save files in bad state...maybe try this fancy save cleaner could help http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/?

Thanks, I have a feeling it has something to do with the UFO mod and Temptress race mod, I'll have to try these things and hope for the best.

Can someone please help, I know it has something to do with uninstalling the UFO mod incorrectly or the temptress race mod. Also I've tried uninstalling the Temptress race mod and it CTD's on start up, so I'm guessing it has to have something to do with this mod. It even crashes on starting a new game, I just don't know what to do.
