This is My load order based on BOSS. I use both BOSS and TES5Edit. Everything should be clean, and yet i'm still getting CTD. Everything ran fine until I decided to change my graphics level through the steam thing. When that started the crashing I changed it back but the problem still occurs. There is no lag or any error mesages. I've run the save without any Mods and the problem persists. I'd rather not lose all my progress so any help would be great.

An update that i think might be relevant. When I run boss now it says that Skyrim is not detected. however, I can still play it.

As useful as you have all been part of me wants to keep this little fix to myself. But I figure that at some point some poor soul will have the same issue. So, sitting in a chair or some other animation before exiting whatever building you are having issues with should fix the problem. I've tested it a number of times and in different situations where I was having the CTD when leaving the building and it's worked everytime. However, I dont really understand why so hopefully it will work for whoever needs it.
