FOMOD can be installed with FOMM, is much more user-friendly than other packages

How exactly do you install it? I tried downloading, then unpacking the 7zip pacakge (fomod is still in 7zip, right?), but if I choose unpacking it only unpacks the .esm and .esps, not the whole thing, is this normal? I think so, because if it would unpack all folders, you would have (with several mods) a lot of the same named folders (textures, meshes etc.) And for what I tried, it didn't work, but if I choose 'test heavy rain' I only see dark clouds, no rain or anything, and my character gets the '!' mark for a moment, but the test is over in 10 sec or so, and then I don't see it anymore ???

Thx for helping, I don't have that stupid ! anymore, everything works fine now :) I think I'm gonna use Fomod a lot more now, is pretty easy xD I have still 2 minor questions: does the radiation really work? Because that bar didn't say my radiation was actually going up, and I didn't hear the radiation too (normally you have asound when you have radiation). Other question: How do you get the pitch black nights, it was still vanilla Fallout on 2:00 AM 0_0

I already had my questions answered by playing a while (a week or so in game) : You first have to walk through something that gives you radiation without the mod, like normal water, then it works, including the radiation sound and count :P The pitchblack night just showed up after playing a while, for some time I just had a clear night, then everything went dark after a while xD Raider couldn't see me at an arms length, and I only have 50 sneak :P

I get a lot of lag when I look down ( maybe up to ) when raining. It's not like that when It's not raining.

@ Alexx378, not to be mean, but your computer probably can't handle all the raindrops. Maybe you can update your computer or so to be 'better' (don't know how you exactly say it in english).
