b0132639
I would really appreciate some help on this one guys. I re-installed skyrim recently. After some messing around and cleaning my load order I got it working again. The only thing is that my character's body textures were a bright pink/magenta colors. I'm assuming this means that there is a texture that's not loading. The NPCs have their body textures. I don't have any body mods installed. GPU and CPU temps are normal. I will post a picture and some specs as well. Can anybody suggest some options on how to fix this? I would just reinstall the game but it's a very tedious process to do so. b0132639
I would also like to say that I googled the problem, but didn't find any useful information.
BufusTurbo92
Do you have RaceMenu mod or CharGen? I had the same problem some time ago, I solved it placing such mods (and related plugins, obiviously) on top of load order.Best regards.
DemongelRex
Are you using any Racemenu overlays?
b0132639
quick note that the problem has been solved it has to do with using racemenu overlays. if you are using any and you try to load the game without them, the missing texture files will cause this glitch. use the showracemenu command to disable any overlays you have and it should go back to normal.
