After installing the mod and fose the game does not work with Live and I cannot load saves

my character's hp isn't restoring after having sex. is there a way to fix this? if not then my character is just banging people for free :/

Whenever I talk to an NPC and ask if they want to have sex with my prostitute,they say yes, but when it comes out of dialogue my prostitute just stands there and won't start the animation; it don't matter what prostitute or what NPC I'm talking to it never works.
