fbxcmd

Some command line tools for packing, unpacking, viewing and converting DA:O file formats. Specifically works converts models to FBX file format.

Anxiously waiting for this to allow me to bring new models INTO Dragon Age.

Soon enough. I've started work on creating MMH.XML files from FBX but I anticipate it will take at least a few days to get a working first pass done.

Just wondering how things are coming on importing at least basic non-animated models?

Non-static models are now have limited support. I've imported and reexported the nug model successfully. There will probably be problems but we are getting there.

Sweet! Grabbing the new version now.

Though getting a clean FBX file might be fun. I know Maya loves to mangle the FBX format.

I also downloaded v 1.3, and am having the same problem. When running the exe, the command box closes. I am running windows 7 64 bit. I know I have encountered this before for something else, but forget the workaround.

I just dumped this over to my laptop running vista x86, and it does the same thing. anyone find a workaround?
I also tried version 1.2, with the same results.

Was this made on an XP machine? I might have to blow the dust off my secondary.
