This Comment needs to be kept at the top at all times, as it is extremely helpful. I grinded for hours because I failed to realize that their might be conflicting files. I highly recommend doing a manual install for this mod AS NMM does not work well with it.

This mod is not working. I don't see any bouncing. I have high rez skin textures by Ozmo, Coronerras maximum compatibility skeletons, and universal skeleton nif all installed, but none of it seems to be making any difference. Could it be that some animation mods I have are secretly conflicting with this mod. I have two other animation mods that I am currently using. They are pretty woman animation and sexy walks by Mur Zik compilation.

So what is it I'm doing wrong? I would be happy if someone answers. I'm totally confused right now lol.

You need all of the requirements installed correctly for BBB to work. They are BBBed meshes, BBBed skeleton.nif, BBBed aniamations and archive invalidation. If you are missing any one of the four requirements you won't see any BBB (at least) or will see the infamous "boobs to infinity" (at worst).

Textures have nothing to do with BBB. Installing more than one BBBed skeleton.nif accomplishes nothing more than installing one correctly (the last installed "wins", as there can be only one skeleton.nif replacer used at a time). Every single body and armor/clothes mesh needs to be replaced with a BBBed version if you expect to see BBB at all times. Not all animation replacers are BBBed ... you need to read the mod descriptions and mod comments to find out if a particular one is BBBed. As with all replacers, the last installed is the one the game will use so install order is paramount.

Ok, I got Nomaam bbb animation replacer, Hgec body, Ozmo's face and high res skin textures, and a skeleton animation. Could you explain arhive invalidation to me. I haven't found much info on that even in these posts. Also, I did read your 55 steps (extremely helpful btw), but I still have a couple of questions regarding that. In that post you said that Hgec and hgec bbb won't work together. Could you explain to me how I could only use the textures from Ozmo's high res skin. I did try activating hgec bbb first and then ozmo high res skin textures second, all the while ignoring the regular hgec body mod entirely. It didn't work, so maybe I didn't do something regarding archive invalidation. I remember using archive invalidation for quarls texture pack, but I don't know if its the same process for bbb.

Sorry for asking all these question. I know you probably get tired of answering the same type of questions over and over again. With these mods I listed, what is the process with getting everything installed correctly?

I know I can get long winded at times, but I don't think even I could come up with 55 steps for installing BBB!! :-)

Ozmos is just a texture replacer that can be used after you install this mod. It is completely optional, you could also decide to wait a year to install it and still enjoy BBB for that entire year you wait. In fact I'd suggest working through all of the BBB issues separately and once you have it working then install Ozmos.

HGEC stands for Hentai Gentleman's Eye Candy and is a mesh replacement for the vanilla female bodies and a texture replacement that uses textures that aren't compatible with the vanilla bodies. HGEC BBB uses the same textures as regular HGEC but changes the mesh to take advantage of the BBBed skeleton.nif replacements that were developed alongside the BBBed HGEC body meshes. Those new skeletons added breast "bones" that can be animated ... which is where NoMaaM comes in.

Where regular HGEC and HGEC BBB aren't compatible is if you install HGEC BBB without the proper skeleton.nif (boobs to infinity). You could use regular HGEC and NoMaaM and a BBBed skeleton.nif without problems, unless you were wanting to see BBB of course. Once you install HGEC BBB you must use at the very least a BBBed skeleton.nif ... if you don't install animations like NoMaaM you won't see BBB but no ugliness will result. For BBB you need all of the requirements if you expect to see BBB in-game.

Archive invalidation is a method for getting the game to use replacement assets outside of the vanilla BSA files (e.g. Oblivion - Meshes.bsa and Oblivion - Textures - Compressed.bsa). The simplest way to take care of archive invalidation is using Oblivion Mod Manager (OBMM). Open OBMM and click the Utilities button. In the Archive Invalidation dialogue select BSA Redirection and if you use the Steam version of the game select Reset BSA Timestamps (Steam in all their wisdom changed the dates on the vanilla game BSA files, thus breaking archive invalidation). Click Update Now and then close the Archive Invalidation dialogue and then close OBMM (it doesn't commit it's changes until you close it). BSA Redirection is a do once and forget about it solution (earlier methods had ongoing issues).

Install this mod, then Universal Skeleton Nif (ControlableSkeleton version), then NoMaaM, run archive invalidation and then go bonk a female bandit on the head. Loot all her clothes and armor and open the console (hit the tilde (~) key found right below the Esc key on standard keyboards). With the console open click on the bandit's body. You'll see her refID at the top of the screen. With her refID displayed type "resurrect 1" and hit Enter. Close the console (hit tilde again) and enjoy the moving bits while she tries to kill you all over again. If all is well and she has all the right moving parts then install Ozmos.

One more thing ... this mod doesn't include any replacement armor or clothing. That means when clothed/armored females will not show BBB (in the game clothing/armor becomes the body part it covers). Your options are to use a BBBed body replacer that includes BBBed armor/clothing replacers or do like I've done myself and select from the vast array of available replacers, mixing sizes as I see fit.

Ok, I followed all your instructions, but I ended up with my female character completely purple and her boobs were still not bouncing lol. I went back to re activate ozmo's high res skin and face textures and the purple color was gone. However, I was back to where I started before. Her naked body and breasts looked good, her heavy breathing was still there, but the bouncing was non existant. I feel like I'm missing a crucial step here, but I can't place my finger on it.

I followed all your instructions using oblivion mod manager. I don't know if I'm suppose to do anything manually (replacing or filtering through files). I tried ignoring the regular hgec body entirely and instead only activate hgec bbb, but when I went back to the game I found that my female character was wearing those ugly granny under wear (no longer nude). I don't know how you could get the naked body without using the regular hgec body mod because that mod gives you the fighter, ebe guts, etc options as well as the butt and cup sizes. Anyways, after activating bbb, I activated universal skeleton, then nomaam, and then finally did the archive invalidation thing just as you said. I closed oblivion mod manager and then went to load my game up. That is when I found my female character an ugly shade of purple.

There must be something I'm doing wrong. Thanks for your patience lol.

How are you installing and activating (e.g. Nexus Mod Manager, Oblivion Mod Manager or manual install and vanilla game Data Files from the launcher)?

 - Edit - Just re-read your post and I see you said OBMM.

I doubt this mod and OBMM will get along as it doesn't include any OMOD conversion scripts and it has folders for selecting the various option from. Download HGEC Body Partz and save it to a temporary folder. Extract the downloaded file HGEC_Body_Partz-28235.7z using 7-Zip. You'll now see six folders and a file named Installation.txt that has the install instructions. You'll want one femalefoot.nif, one femalehand.nif, one femalelowerbody.nif and one femaleupperbody.nif from each of the appropriate folders, each copied to your game's Data\meshes\characters\_male folder.

You can either ignore the skeleton.nif files included with this mod (included in the Hands (Required) folder and then install the Universal Skeleton Nif or make sure you install Universal after you've installed this, overwriting the files from this mod. Last installed wins ... the game can only use one.

I see now that no textures were included with this mod (I have many variations of HGEC downloaded on my machine ... must have been looking at the wrong one before). Install this manually and then install Ozmos using the install tool included with it. Then install NoMaaM using OBMM and lastly install Universal Skeleton Nif manually (ControlableSkeleton version).

I mainly been using oblivion mod manager. When installing ozmo's high res skin textures 4096 verson I did a long extracting process which ended with me creating an omod for oblivion mod manager. Other than that, I mainly created the mods through oblivion mod manager directly after downloading them from this site.

Almost all my mods are displayed in oblivion mod manager for me to activate or deactivate.

I did an edit job on my post with some install instructions.

The 4096x4096 version of Ozmos has given plenty of people fits when trying to install. I've tried both and use the 2048x2048 version myself. Simpler to install and I don't see any appreciable difference.

I followed your instructions religiously, even installing the 2048 ozmo high res skin textures instead. It didn't work. It was like I never installed a nude mod at all. When I entered the game I was in that ugly female underwear, even though I manually placed all four different nif files into the data/meshes/character folder. The thing is, I had to create a new folder because the _male folder didn't exist at all for some reason then. So I put all four nif files into a folder I made up named "character test"....lol. After I did that I ignored all the skeleton nif files comepletely, like you said, and then I proceeded to install ozmo's 2048 high res skin textures using the install tool.exe. I checked all the options on that page and clicked apply. It then copied everything into my data folder. After I did that, i went to oblivion mod manager to activate nomaam. Finally, I manually installed the universal skeleton nif files into data/meshes area. Once again there were no 1st person folders in that area. There was however, a _male folder this time for some reason, but it contained only kf files. I didn't think I should put any skeleton nif files into that, so iinstead I made a new folder called _male 2 and put the nif files into that instead. Then I created a 1st person folder (since there was none) and put the remaining nif files into that. After doing all that, I Ioaded the game up and found out that I wasn't nude at all and no bouncing either.

sorry for the wall of text and I know you must be completely frustrated with me by now. I wonder, could I start all over again by uninstalling the oblivion game (steam version). If I did this would all the original files be back to where they started. I feel like I've been moving stuff around like theres no tomorrow.

I really want to get this mod working lol.

I actually found another mod "hgec body with bbb" that finally got everythiing working. All I needed to do with that was to load the omod and then choose no animations with that. Then I activated nomaam mod. When I loaded the game my character was purple again, but the breasts were moving! SO, i then reactivated ozmo's 4096 high res textures and then everything was fixed. I have to do more testing, but it looks like I finally got some bouncing working lol. Now, I have to see about other mods allowing the bouncing in armor.

Thanks for replying and helping me out. You could still answer my latest questions if you want (before the edit). It would help me figure out what I was doing wrong for future reference. But if you are tired of replying, then its okay.

thank you
