doesn't look like you're over doing it with mods and your load order looks allright.

Try running Tes5edit to see if something might need rearranging (unlikely).

Are you using texture replacements?

Running just the memory patch part of enboost and the memory patch?

Could also tried running Skyrim Performance monitor just to see how much memory is being used?

Well I'm using the alpha build of SKSE which I thought had a memory patch in it, I also tried using the stable build + SSME. I haven't tried using enboost though, and i'll check out the Preformance monitor and see whats up there. I'm using the 2k textures full (I think its 4k) at least it says up to 4k.

Was safety load the precursor to the 1.7 Memory thing?.....

Change of thought....what does the Safety log say>???>>data/SKSE/Plugins/SafetyLoad.log

I dont use that but looks like it is suppose to CTD instead of an Infinite load screen or what ever...curious if it wrote anything in the log..

Logs empty, I still have to try everything vlaka suggested though. (Game isn't crashing at loading anyway, only when walking around and exploring).

It might be fixed thanks to Vlaka's suggestions, after installing enboost it seems to be running smoother and didn't crash for an hour, i'll have to test it longer tomorrow though.

good stuff :)

Also if you don't want to use the graphical stuff from the ENB but make use of the awesome memory stuff simply copy over d3d9.dll, enbhost.exe and enblocal.ini from the zip archive you downloaded into your skyrim directory (not the data folder)

Open up enblocal.ini and change UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=false to UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=true

:)
