Navmesh Problem (i think..)

Hi guys,

As topic, i have some problem with the creation kit.

I've created a new Interior cell (Not a duplicate edited, a new one), with the objective to familiarize with building, activator, npc, navmesh etc.

The problem is that: when i load the cell in game the Npc remains on t-pose and don't move.

if i made a save when they are walking i had a CTD on reload

They get moving again normally only in disabled and re-enabled

SO i think it was a problem about the navmesh, but i can't figure out how to solve.

I've watch some tutorials on you tube, read all the navmesh page and tutorial on the CK wiki, searched on this forum (not very well i admit, because i don't know exactly what to search)

My procedure for creating the navmesh is the one explained in the CK wiki:

1. Open the navmesh toolbar

2. Navmesh -> Generation -> Recast-base Generation

2.1 Remove island, remove unnecessay part, adding necessay part

3. Serch for error (find triangle, check navmesh until "no warning")

4. Find cover cell

5. Finalize

6. Save the mod

7. Test

About point 5: the CK Wiki didn't say to finalize, so i tried both with finalize and non, with the same result

Note: i've read a post about a problem on a "deleted Navmesh" that create some problem: i've try to fix this way (ignore load navmesh, save ad recreate the navmesh) but nothing.

So... my question are:

-It is a problem related to the Navmesh?

-I've do something wrong with the procedure?

-what could be? and how to fix?

-any ideas?

Tnx for any help
