As far as I know, the ability number is effectively hardcoded (two active and 1 passive base, 3 active and 2 passive with Master Shapeshifter).

You could try adding more ability rows to the shapechange.gda, and then messing with the shapeshifting.nss file and its #includes... I've personally avoided altering any base #include scripts because of potential compatibility issues.

---------------------

v0.6

- Abilities of Rage, Shade, Desire, Genlock, Hurlock, and Shriek Forms rebalanced to closer fit their AI packages
- Abilities list added to main description
- Fixed embarrassing typo in spell descriptions

---------------------

v0.6b

- Added TacticsTables to Forms, on the off-chance you don't like controlling your main character.

---------------------

Oh, do note that during the 'OMG it doesn't work on others' CPUs!' scare I removed the level 30 requirements, and replaced them with something closer to the default forms.

I forgot to revert it, and I think I'll keep it in there so that followers can learn the abilities as well.

This is really cool!Love the idea of killing a certain number for obtaining its form thats sweet. Is there a new stat counter for it in the menus or something? What if one doesnt have shapeshifting yet, does the kills still count?

Also, would it be possible for you to add "masteries" and maybe a few new architypes?

Nature: Werewolves, Golem, Steel Golem, Sylvans

Greaters: Revenant

Or something like that :D

If you look at your character sheet, you'll see a "Heroic Accomplishments" button underneath your character. That screen lists various miscellaneous statistics like "Number of Creatures Killed" and "Suffered X Injuries".

When this module is loaded, it checks the various existing "Creatures Killed" statistics and then adds the appropriate Forms to your PC (if your PC is a Shapeshifter).

I see no point in adding more Mastery abilities as... what would they do? The existing one already upgrades the Forms' appearance and adds the remaining 'hidden' abilities. Also; you can generally only master something once.

Just one more 'line' is going to be added (because there are only so many racial types). The Forms will either be; Deepstalker -> Werewolf -> Sylvan -> Arcane Horror, or maybe Deepstalker -> Werewolf -> Sylvan -> Grand Oak, or possibly even Wisp -> Ash Wraith -> Arcane Horror.

I haven't quite decided yet, but I think I'll go with the second one since the Arcane Horror is already used in the Fade sequence and the Ash Wraith is technically a Demon.

Hum... logical that I have the four first forms since the start then that I haven't killed 10 dragonlings for example?

...what?

Can you... clarify that somehow? I have no idea what you're saying/asking/observing.

Heh well I will try, I'm better in english on instant messenger lol
I mean , when I installed the mod, I had the three first forms since the start: Genlock, Rage, Dragonling. For Genlock and rage, ok, I killed the number needed. But for the dragonling form, I got it but I only killed 5 Dragonlings. And I see you wrote 10 for this form. So, you changed the kills needed or there is a problem?

Dragonkin:

Dragonling - 10 Kills
Drake - 20 Kills
Dragon - 30 kills

Are there even 30 Dragonkin in the game?

I noticed a little bug... it seems that the Desire demon uses a lower res texture than normal ones, its eyes are blank instead of the glowy purple that they normally are and there is no purple flame on top of their head. Well, it's the same for all the forms, but it was most noticeable on the desire cause the flame. The movement seems odd on the Desire too, when moving normally instead of running to attack a target it seems like the animation freezes.

It also seems kinda underpowered, but yeah...

By the way, this is probably going to end up one of the best mods here. :P

You might wanna think about demon summoning for blood mages too. ;)

Oh and... you should totally add High Dragon. :P

edit: Oh and the first two darkspawn shapes could use some changing... they're using the normal models instead of the caster models.
