They do, but you will need to use ChargenMorph Compiler, as both mods override chargenmorphcfg files, so they won't work without compiling into one. Also some of colours when used on certain hairstyles may cause a white spot on your hair's part.

Very beautiful.. but I'm having a problem with the eyes- if they are trying to close you can see the eyeballs THROUGH the eyelids.. kind of.. creepy LOL.

I'm having a problem, I installed the folder as instructed, and installed several mods that require this one, but in game they all only change the hairstyle, but the eyes remain the same, solid black as before, not the color the face mods are supposed to have. Not sure if that's a problem installing this or those mods, can you help? I put the folder PineappleTree's Vibrant Colors1_31 into the "override" folder, and in it are 4 folders: Eyes Replacement, Vibrant Eyes, Vibrant Hair, and Vibrant Skin.
I noticed that for your separate "Vibrant Eyes" and "Eye Replacer" mods you say to put that folder directly into the override, but this one you say to put the overall containing folder into override, not put the separate folders directly into it, and I find that very confusing. I just tried moving the 4 folders directly to override, but I still don't see any eye color in the Character Creation. There are several choices in the Eye Color slider, but they ALL look solid black. What is wrong here??? I also have Bedelle's Cosmetics which adds eye colors as character presets, but I have already used a chargen compiler tool to merge all the xml files. Help???

I did all this, but the eye colors still don't show up. I see the new hair colors in CC but not eyes. Please someone help? My other post was 3 days ago. Are the eye colors supposed to be in the Eye Color slider, or in the character preset? I have several choices in character preset that are all blind.

Sounds like you have your game's graphics options on low? Is that possible?

Because on low (even middle? not sure) settings eye colors aren't rendered at all, even the vanilla ones...

It was on low, yes, but I just tried deleting and reinstalling all my hair and eyes mods from scratch, then used the compiler again, and STILL don't see any of the new eyes presets, only the hair colors. I don't know what else to do, and getting REALLY frustrated, it shouldn't be this complicated.
Edit: I raised my graphics res to "very high" and turned up anti-aliasing all the way, and then I saw EYE COLOR! Thank you so much, and I'm glad it was something simple and silly, and not me.
