While waiting for some decision to be made, Emeralda goes to the one intact crate and remove the large kwama eggs, scrib jerky and hacke-ho leaves. She offers some to everyone there. they had not eaten in a while. Then she eats one of the eggs herself. The rest she stores in her pouch for further use.

Then she suddenly remembers something. "Wait! I just remembered, we have one more lockpick with us and the scrolls of detect and disarm traps! We COULD try them on these doors or we could go into the caves and see if they are needed more there. Since we have heard most of the talking coming from the left tunnel, I would say we get in there no matter what it takes and take care of whomever or WHATEVER is planning this ceremony. It could be their leader is there, and if we take him out, the rest would be easier. We need to decide on this. I would still suggest concealed group members first, but if you fighters want to barge on in, then go!"

"Emeralda please don't forget about my opening spells which actualy don't need any lockpicks. I have mentioned them in tavern."

The Gnaag was a bit annoyed with the thing that in the situations where opening was necessary. This his ability was one of his best. That was his life. As a bard in the times when culture wasn't supported he had to find another way of making money. The one very easy was opening of chests. Lockpicks would have point at him during investigation of thefts...

The voices in tunnel made Gnaag frightened. The situation was dark and the brutal tone of the command showed that this creature would not play cards and drink beer with them.

"I am not quite sure whether we should go the tunnel, where that voices sounded. What if it is an ambush. Daedras probably know anout our presence. This is their demense. I think we should take some other tunnel. Maybe.... ...the one behind us."

Dur-Colath smiles at Gnaag's responce, Gnaag you are more then welcome to take the tunnel behind us, none of us will stop you. But if you do have a open spell then you could stay and help us. THe rift is defintly down the cave tunnel and the leader is in the tunnel to the left. The rift is were the danger is at. The leader is only a problem because of the detonator he may hold. How about two of us go down the cave tunnel to see if there is a way of closeing the rift while the rest go for the leader and his group.

(OOC: Malchik, will it be posible to have Dur-Colath, Erunanion, or Emerelda to listen to the left hand tunnel to see if it is possible to tell how many are in there with the leader?)

" I think that is a good plan!", Emeralda says.

"Gnaag, I am so sorry I forgot that you can open locks like that! Please forgive me. If you would stay with us and help us with that and use your healing talents for us, you would be so helpful to us all!"

"So you think, the danger is in the rift? ... I think, I should surely go with warriors, who will fight the leader. In my opinion the group which will take rift will not need my help."

Gnaag tried to smile at him, but the feeling of future death was getting stronger. Then he remembered Emeralda would be probably chosen to go down the rift, so he had to prevent from it.

"Emeradla, you should go with us to fight the leader. One alchemist is necessary to go with us there. As Aldhelm will probably go to rift."

[OOC]This is probably my last post, so don't hesitate to use my character's healing skills (remember he isn't the master in it). Gnaag will not be fighting, he will by hiding behind Ice or some other good warrior (but not Kane, not personal problem). Keep fun. Bye for now.[/OOC]

Emeralda realized that Gnaag was right. If they do split up, she probably would not be going into the cave, but into the tunnel if that is what was decided. Now they only had to decide their order, since the tunnel was only wide enough for single file.

I can go with either group. My crossbow and other skills would be useful in either situation, So I will help were I can. I do need to hear from the rest of you, I need your options to see were I CAN be the most helpful. If I do go with the group going left I will like to be second in line since my crossbow can take out a few Deadra before we clash. If I go down to the cave my stealth will come in good use and agine my skill with the crossbow will help if we come across any Deadra there.

OOC> I may not have been clear but the voice Erunanion heard the first time was coming towards him from the central passage. The words were from one creature who was going to the ceremony to another who was instructed to fetch the others and instruction relayed by one that had gone into the left hand tunnel calling the others to come out to go to the ceremony. (I have been having so much trouble with internet connection this last two days I am just about tearing my hair out. Trying to post as quickly as poss in case it all goes down again!) And NO splitting up at this point. One long crocodile please.

This time Emeralda speaks through the mind link to Dur-Colath, the only one besides Gnaag that she has been dicussing the plans with. "Dur-Colath, maybe we should all stay together now. I could be mistaken as to which tunnel to take. Erunanion is the one who heard where the voices came from, and he said nothing about going left. Let's wait for him to guide us and send us down the right path."

Ok I'm willing to keep together if the others are. How about this we block the door to the left. That should limit the number of Deadra that attack. I'm sorry Kane, I know you are looking forward to killing as many Deadra as we can but we need to get the leader first, Then we can come back and finish off the rest.
