Is it possible to include more options like not displaying only light helmets and mage helmets or choosing which characters exactly should be renderer without helmets?

ok this does NOT let an armor set give a set bonus if a helm is required (like Juggernaut)
when you open inventory..it shows you're getting an item set bonus..hit C from there to bring up character screen and it also shows it.
however as soon as you go back into the game "world" the item set bonus icon is gone..and hitting C shows the bonus is NOT active.
so in essence when in your inventor (when it shows the helm) all works fine..but soon as you start playing again something with hiding the helm is causing you to lose the bonus.
shame too cause I was using and loving this..now I'm gonna have to disable it.
Edit: disabling it with the book fixes the issue..but like I said..it does NOT work..you lose helm bonuses completely with this (they show when you open inventory..but once back out in gameworld..when the helm is hidden..the bonuses are GONE)
any way to fix this man?

hello all, pardon me the obvious question but what should I do after I download file? I cannot open it with any application and dragging it into add-on folder doesn't do anything. Thank you for your help.

A great mod. Definately endorsing this. Now I just need something similar for staves and I'm good
...don't suppose you can work that too?

Version 1.3 is ready.
This one allows helmet hiding on a per character basis, depending on who uses the book. You will still need to display the helmet to fulfill helmet and for the Juggernaught, Effort and Griffon item sets.
Or.. you can use the override I included to remove the helmet requirements on these sets.
I kept version 1.2 available because I find it is a bit easier to use.

@Suron: Version 1.3 will allow helmet hidiing on a per character basis. If you still want to hide the helmet with one of these sets, place the item_sets_no_helmet.GDA in the override folder to remove helmet requirements for the Juggernaught set.
@Khaos: WInterforge works with this. I like that mod.
@Kakasu: I couldn't make plot items usable, so no go.
@Jayblah: Your error is a well described problem caused by editing your savegame file to apply a custom head morph, which then causes graphical glitches in the fade. It has nothing to do with this mod.

I can't see to use the book, there's a red flag on "Restriction: Dwarf"; I'm a Human.
Anything I'm missing?

"I can't see to use the book, there's a red flag on "Restriction: Dwarf"; I'm a Human."
It looks like, some how, the book was set with Restriction: Elf or Human and Restriction: Dwarf
If I understand that correctly, this means nobody can use it. =/

I see I'm not the only one to notice this problem with it being restricted. What gives?
