I couldn't get this file to run using 7-zip but it came up just fine with WinRAR. Hopefully it helps some of you guys having trouble opening it.

The list for all the installed mods is not displaying. There is something there as the discription changes as you scroll over the mod section, it's just not visible. The overides are displayed okay.

I have downloaded DOA-Modmanager and all seems to work perfectly. I, as I always do, read the post here before downloading. Also watch the youTube video on using it. And, quite honestly, at this point can't understand why people are having problems with it. Did a manual download, unpacked using Peazip, placed the extracted folder in my mod tools folder, and ran it. And it ran fine, even installed an override mod. Simply put, it does what it is intended to do. I do however have a question. I got the game from EA Origins client (they were giving it away for free). I then purchased 3 DLC packs. This was before using this mod manager. And I download packs from the entitlement page. None of this says anything about receiving the DLC "Awakenings". Yet when I first ran the program and it showed the list of "INSTALLED" mods. Awakenings was at the top of the list, along with all other DLC, including those I had not purchased. So my question is. Did EA give me all the DLC for free or is the DOA-Modmanager incorrectly listing mods installed?

DAMM (and never, ever, "DOA". That stands for "Dead on Arrival"!
) just reads the contents of the various folders to determine what's available. So if you're seeing "Dragon Age: Awakening", then DAMM found it.
Easy to tell if it's installed. Just go to the main menu and select "Other Campaigns", and see if it's there! ![]()

Sorry typo, english sucks sometime. Meant DAO. Anyhow, the manager is listing all DLC as installed in its list. But their not installed. Checked the folder that contains the 2 DLC I did purchase. They were there, but nothing else. Also, in game, under downloadable content, under installed, there are only the 1s I did purchase plus what I downloaded from entitlment page. Which did not include "Awakenings". So the mod manager is incorrect in what it shows as installed. Was hoping it was correct. They want 20.00 just for "Awakening" DLC alone. This doesn't seem to negitively affect anything. The game works fine, even though I have all DLC checked in manager. So, I'll keep using it, and endorse as well.
Thanks for quick, helpful reply.
BTW: Here's a screenshot of ModManager showing what it says installed.

Whenever I try to open the program, an error message comes up; Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Cannot open DAUpdaterSvc service on computer.
Can anyone tell me why this message comes up and why the manager won't work?

If any folks are still having problems with the XML error, try running the game first before you try to mod it. I don't think DA generates the XML file the game reads to determine your addon until it's run at least once. Fixed it for me, anyway.
