Crash?

I did everything I was told to do yet it instantly crashes gives me the start menu with the Ranger infront of the Vegas sign but when I hit play it instantly crashes. Not sure what to do

And I downloaded everything using the NMM, even that script thing course I did that manually and I know that's working. Cause I used the TitanFallout mod and it worked just fine.
