let me just clarify i am using oblivion version 1.2.0416 with Shivering Isles installed. i have extracted this file to a normal folder then copied the .esp to oblivion/ data, i have also used oblivion mod manager to install this mod and no method i have used works. i assume that this mod is not compatable with version 1.2.0416.

It works for me on Oblivion 1.2.0416, I can't test it with SI as I don't own it yet. Could you expand a little on 'doesn't work' please? Do you mean that the annoying guy across the hall doesn't start talking to you after a few seconds? The initial few lines are voiceless, just text on the screen. So if your subtitles are off, you might think that it wasn't working if you didn't wait about half a minute.

Have you also checked for any conflicts in OBMM to see if you have a mod that's causing this one to fail? Might sound likea stupid question but it'll help us in working out where the problem might be and what you've tried sofar in workarounds.

Hey its not working... I have it loaded last just in case anything changes it but still doesnt... and i know its installed right cuase everything i have is workin but when i play with custom race i have to pick vanilla race then later change cuase the mod isnt workin... NPC says ¨Never seen you before¨then stops and uriel never comes

btw it used to work for me then i deleted a bunch of mods and when i tried it again it didnt work

Just place the .esp in your oblivion data folder.

I just started a new game with a Mystic Elf. The Dark Elf across the prison says to me, "Never seen your kind before. What the hell are you?" And then that's it. Nothing else happens. I've had my character stand there for over 10 minutes now. Nothing. I've got this mod loaded last in obmm, so there can't be any conflicts. Anyone have any solutions?
