I just started a new game with this mod, and I'm not sure if it's screwed up or if the game just places a level limit on item capabilities. Elven weapons and mithril armor have the same damage/defense as their iron counterparts. What's up with this?

I don't really get this mod it doesn't really does what it says :( Am I missing something?
