I don't think there is any class called "Cleric" in DA:O.
Did you mean Templar or Spirit Healer?
What is the name of the staff that works for "Cleric"???
I can try to remove the 'Mage only' restriction if that is what you are asking.

They may mean that the staff may only be used by a player character, in that instance someone may have named their character as 'Cleric'

I think the goal of the forum is to boost the creativity of the people who do modding,and for all other people to just admire that creativity. I don't really need a staff that boost the bolt damage, but the ones that boost stats. However, I download everything that interests me from this site. If I don't like it in-game, i just uninstall it. Otherwise, I use it and admire the modder. Even if my admiration is only for an item's cosmetics. Bravo to all modders!
