Hey, simple question which might not get a simple answer - How do you make the Helm of Honnleath look like the Executioner's Helm?

I really don't like the Honnleath model but love the other one and i was hoping it might be a simple procedure, but if i need to do some advanced modding then can anyone be so kind as to point me to the right tutorials or tips and possibly the tools ill need for that kind of modding as i have some minor experience modding games, thank you
