as I stated in the description and another comment here: it is impossible to remove the underwear, the only way is by equipping Leggins of Aurous. Also I probably won't include male genitalia, since it would look weird having a flat penis texture down there.

btw, your mod has a very interesting interaction with the fleshy hollows mod- ie it makes all the dead hollows look like grey men with their dongs chopped off, I guess it adds to the oppressing atmosphere of the game
