I saw this mod in the new files today

When exploring Bleak Falls Barrow during the Golden Claw/Dragonstone quest, you come across a the body of Thomas near the troll (sometimes he is in the pit.) Thomas carries a note from a bandit leader named Loraine. You are not required to find the note, only complete the Bleak Falls Barrow quest

 

 

I want to know is there some restriction in place before one sees the body of Thomas or the troll that is mentioned.  I have never seen either one.  I did look in the CK once and saw that there indeed was a body placed on a ledge in a "pit like" area with a narrow bridge and a path down to the bottom of a waterfall.  However, no matter how much I looked in the game, I have never seen this body or encountered a troll.

 

I just want to actually see it in game.  When or at what level does it become available?

I know the troll spawns at higher levels, but since most people tend to clear Bleak Falls Barrow out early on, the troll never spawns, and instead a draugr of some type does. I don't recall Bleak Falls Barrow ever re-spawing either. Don't know what to say about the body though, as I don't use that mod.

I have seen a thread on this in Steam (?) some time ago and it was stated that Thomas appears only after the player character has reached a certain level and has not been in Bleak Falls Barrow previously.  Both conditions have to be met to have Thomas appear.  The level that the player character must be was said to be level 20.

 

Whether this is true or not I cannot confirm as I tend to do Bleak Falls early on in the game and have never tried to level up and see if or when Thomas appears.  May have to try it on my next play through.
