Dreaded crash to desktop on mac

Hello everyone.

I'm afraid I am that guy with the mac and and a ctd problem.
I can play the game smoothly for about 10 minutes, and then it crashes to desktop without any error messages.

I am using a cider wrapped version of skyrim, and I have a couple of mods installed.
My computer is:
iMac 27-inch late 2009 on OS-X 10.8.5

2,8 Ghz Intel Core i7 processor

4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 memory

ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB

 

My settings for skyrim are 1280-720 with graphics on medium

I have had the graphics on ultra too and that worked ok, just a bit stuttery in hectic situations

Here are the mods I have, a screenshot of the plugins.txt file

The crashing started more or less when I installed CBBE, realistic animal behaviours, ASIS and apocalypse

Note: I installed these during a playthrough. So could the crashing be caused by a save bloat?
As you might be able to tell I am quite new to all this, so any advice would be great.
