Vampire Decapitation - Decapitation is not on my todo list, and I don't want to rely on other mods, especially if bugged and abandoned.
Replacing Church Scripts - Actually you can enter in chapels, but you suffer holy damage, since it's an holy place, no matter the entrance!
Different Vampire Types - I can do something this, but if you're talking about vampire graphic/aspect I have to surrender: I'm a good with scripts, but not so good with graphic...
Vampire Cure Quest Extended and Improved - You can expect this in VR Part 2
Count Hasildor of skingrad Living quarters Overhaul - The count must mask his identity and nobody (apart from the mage guild) should know he's a vampire. Making his castle or living quarters a vampire lair is not a good idea to mask his identity! I can add a secret room in his bedroom with a little lair, or even link his room with the vampire dungeon nearby. I'll see.
Vampirism Quest Unavailability - I won't do that. I want to extend the game by adding new quests and things to do, not put limitations!
Vampire Hunger Effects - ... it already works this way! When your blood pool is about less than 40-50% you'll start suffering from few negative effects, and as the blood decrease these effects become worse. At 0 blood you start suffering from health damage and eventually die in 10 minutes if you don't feed again. I can add random blurred visions while starving, if you want.
New Vampire Spells and Vampire Magicka System - There are powers for this! Maybe you want an indestructible war machine, but I can't unbalance the game too much in favour of vampires! The new update will add stakes not only because it's cool, but also because it balance the human side of the world!
A Vampires True Form and Vampire Bestiality - Cons: you're right, this part need to be balanced. Actually vampires only get benefits and few vulnerability but there are no real bad aspects. Coffins are planned, getting mad could be an option... Pros: vampire already have everything you said! Vampire true form is something I will add in VR Part 2.
Vampire Light Spells - This is more difficult. If you don't want to use torches or the vampire hunter's sight, you need to use OBME to create a separate Light effect for vampires only.
