DAModder can uninstall mods.
DAModder can install mods that go in the override folder, as well as dazip mods.
DAModder lets you review your installed mods and readmes.

Already implemented:

1. Management dazip (install, uninstall, activate, deactivate and show details)
2. Management override packages (creating, installing, uninstalling and show details)
5. Full Drag and Drop
6. Checking if already installed
8. Addins.xml is checked for invalid characters at the start and, if necessary, repaired.
14. override creation now supports complex folder trees, drag & drop folder in the file window

Not necesary because damodder doesn't require special packages for override mods

11. Creator for the override packages
13. Edit existing override's

Not yet implemented:

3. not yet installed mod packages now Show details
7. DragonAge.ini Mod config System
12. override Compatibility Testing

Unneeded for a program that aims to manage mods.

4. Management Screenshots
9. Starting DragonAge, configuration tool, tool set and the update service

Not required at all (there is no such file in the game, so i assume this is a config file for the modmanager)

10. Creator for the DA_ini_config.xml

Features of damodder that modmanager lacks:
Working english version of the program.
Ability to change the language of mods, if available.
Mod sorting & filtering.
Easy viewing of readme and changelog of mods.
Backup system of xml & mods, both override & dazip.

DA_ini_config.xml is part of the DragonAge.ini Mod config system

Not required at all (there is no such file in the game, so i assume this is a config file for the modmanager)

*sigh*
You're not understanding. I cataloged the features you listed into groups according to what damodder do. So when i said "already implemented", i mean "already implemented in damodder". If i said "not implemented", it means it's not implemented in damodder.

The special package is false, the only requirement of damodder is that the package is a zip.
If it haves a manifest.xml, it uses that data, if it's not, it copies files to the override folder and creates a manifest for it.
If it contains both dazip and files, it treats it as a split mod and installs the dazip as addin and the rest as override.
