probably going to come off really stupid with this, but it seems that half of the colors dont work for me. the hairs all turn out blinding white, the eyes black, and the skin a sort of shinyness thing :x
i have a feeling im missing something in 'morph,' i don't know what it really is..

Someoneod: I have -no- haircolors available in my mod.
I believe the problem you're having is not having the other mods downloaded (More Hairstyles, CC Tints and Tones, Chargen Package, Pineappletree's Vibrant Colours) and using the "overall" chargenmorphconfig.xml file.
If you don't have all the other mods, you'll have to use the standalone .xml file, which I'll be reuploading in a few minutes.

Really awesome, indeed! I've been looking for "blind" eyes for quite a while now. I have one question though; how can I make the blind eyes available for elves? Please don't say toolset, I can't get it to work -_-;
Really, Awesome with capital A.

Unfortunately, toolset is the only way, Maidenm.
However I plan on making base presets of all races with all eye colors, it's just a lot of work and a lot of space, so it might not happen any time soon.
Its much easier to just give the files for people to put to their own morphs instead.
