I MADE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE. i said no at first when the spirit want to teach me to be arcane warrior, is there any other way to be arcane warrior beside that spirit thing? is there manual for arcane warrior? if there is, can u tell me who sell it? and where?

Nope. Do you have a save that you can go back to? once it's unlocked it's unlocked for all your savegames and characters, future or present.

You could also create a new character, use addxp or simply dbg_setattrib to buff your stats and be invincible, then use:
zz_ntb_debug
to teleport to the ruins, head to the flask, unlock arcane warrior. Now AW would be unlocked for all your characters.

There's a last option that would give you access to the talents, but it wouldn't unlock it for future games. You need to spend your specialization point, and then use the console to remove the specialization and then add the arcane warrior specialization.
For example, if you spend it on shapeshifter, you'd need to run:

runscript removetalent 4018
runscript addtalent 4012
