Wrong thread, but I suppose you just don't have all the DLCs required installed, it's the only reason you won't see some mods in the list...

Likewise with the "Dawnguard Bloodstone Chalice Retexture" mod; they are active in the settings, why dont they show up in the program? It's puzzling.

You suppose wrong. I have all the DLC's. The mods still don't show up. This is evidenced by the fact that other mods in the program that require dawnguard/dragonborn appear and are checked properly, it is just these specific mods that are not.

Is there any way to FORCE them to appear?

No, there's no way and they simply can't be hidden in app with all the DLCs correctly installed.

No, I won't include them.
They are both nice texture packs, but his previous mountain textures looked much better IMO and for caves I prefer The Beauty of Skyrim - Caves and Mines already included in SMC.

Yeah, it's a fantastic mod (just like any other InsanitySorrow's creation) and I personally use it, but I don't think it should be a part of SMC: many users are against including unnecessary ESPs, it differs from vanilla style too much etc...
However, you can always use it separately as I do

for female i don't know what you come UP with but i still wait for that hope till then SkySight get update and you replace it with better male and fine face etc ...
because when that one get done its going to be so much better i also think fem feet is must have what ever option you going with it and better hand meshes ore what ever that name is and i think i know why you didn't add EEO yet because its hard to add it how ever i use it .

recommend this ENB as well the light version / game play you will have 40-50 FPS avrage low 30 and high 60
