I'm unable to find "RS Children - Main File" because I think the author of that mod has replaced it with an all in one installer and doesn't have any older versions available. I might be wrong, so if I am could I get some direction to where the file can be found?

Dunno. Ranaline has updated it and deleted original files.
However, I've just released an update to SMC...

BTW, next time try to simply wait for at least a couple of hours/day before starting to panic and posting.
I tend to have a real life, which occasionally strives to interfere with keeping SMC supported mods compatibility updates instant

They are all there.
SMC only uses these files: Fieldgrass Forestgrass 4K-49661-0-1, Forestgrass 2K alternative Version-49661-, Riverbededge and or riverbottom and or rivermud-49661-0-1, Textures and Meshes - Charcoal-49661-, Textures smim retex bridges and smelter door-49661-, Textures Smim retextures-49661-, volcanictundradirt01-49661-.

Thanks, I realized after i commented that the names they're labeled as in the downloads page are just a bit different than the names of the files they actually download.

TR mostly has really horrible textures. The only thing that I like from this mod are the grasses, they aren't the best quality in the world but are probably the best for performance/visuals.
